Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's)

Other services include Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for both commercial and residential property. Simply put EPC's are energy labels indicating a buildings energy efficiency and carbon footprint. All commercial property of 50m² and over will require a Commercial EPC when built or marketed for sale or rent.
