Price & Payment

- Our prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT and any details given in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time
- You shall pay all sums due to Us under this Agreement by the means of the payment specified in Our Website and without any set-off, deduction, counterclaim and/or any other withholding of monies. Any applicable banking charges on such payments shall be borne by Us. Note that “Us” always relates to cytale.co.uk and cytale.net and Cytale Ltd.
- Payment shall not be deemed to be made until We have received either cash or cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding
- Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, all monies paid by You to Us are non-refundable
- You will not be able to contact other Members or read and reply to other Members' messages until We have received payment
- cytale.co.uk and cytale.net will have products and services to purchase from the websites and a price list will be on the website
Termination / Cancellation
(1) This Agreement is effective until terminated by the Company, with or without cause, in the Company's sole and unfettered discretion. The Company may terminate this Agreement without notice to You if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Moreover, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity, or that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of this web site or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of this web site at our sole discretion, and You may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies. Any such termination by the Company shall be in addition to and without prejudice to such rights and remedies as may be available to the Company, including injunction and other equitable remedies.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All of the above conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
